Mer gengur ekki alveg jafn vel og eg var ad vonast til. Mörin heldur sér á sama stað og ummálið er það sama.

Ég verð að breyta einhverju í matarædinu. Prótein á leidini og speltbraud i morgunmat

Madur getur ekki notad islenska stafi a thessum sidum. En eg er farinn ad fa mer spelthrokkbraud i morgunmat og banana oftar.

Mörin skal nidur fyrir 100 kg!
